For clubs

Join the collection as an equal

Link Club is a membership layer across private clubs, not a takeover of them. Your name, your members, your committee and your course stay yours. The collection adds reciprocal members, a modern app and a shared revenue line.

What you keep

Everything that makes the club the club

Your constitution, your membership categories, your competitions and your handicap administration are untouched. Link Club sits alongside the club's own systems: bookings and payments through the app, handicaps through HowDidiDo as now.

What changes is who walks through the door: members of the other collection clubs, booked and paid in advance, at a rate you set. [Commercial terms are agreed club by club and are not published.]

How it starts

Three conversations, then a decision

  1. A confidential call

Thirty minutes with the Link Club team: what the collection is, where it is going, and whether your club’s position fits. No documents required.

  2. The numbers, on your data

A short model using your own visitor and member figures: what reciprocal play adds, what the app replaces, what it costs. [Model template TBC.]

  3. Committee and members

We present to the committee; the club decides. Announcement timing and wording are the club’s call.
